What time is check in and out?

Regular check in time is 4pm and check out is 10am. You are always welcome to ask if you can check in early or check out late. We will be happy to accommodate you if we have availability.

What supplies are included in the condo?

All linens, towels and kitchen supplies; pots and pans, blender, waffle maker, Toaster, BBQ utensils, electric rice cooker, coffee bean grinder, coffee pot. We also supply start-up set of soap, laundry detergent, plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, plastic baggies, as well as paper towels. You can find spices, sugar, salt and many other useful ingredients in the kitchen.

What about housekeeping?

Our housekeepers are the best! When you arrive you will find a clean condo well stocked and organized. If you are staying longer than 2 weeks, we offer a mid stay “freshen up” service. The number to call our cleaning company is in the condo so you can arrange with them the best time for the weekly cleaning. There is no need for you to strip beds, vacuum or mop floors as all this is included in your rental rate. All we ask you are when you leave please starting the dishwasher and one load of towels.

Can I bring my pet?

No, the condo association does not allow pets and there are strict regulations and quarantine for pets to enter Hawaii. A little trivia - there are NO snakes on the island!

Is smoking in the condo allowed?

No, it is a non-smoking condo for the comfort of our visitors. There is also no smoking on the lanai. However, there are areas desginated for smoking around the complex.

Is there a good location on the Island for supplies?

Yes, conveniently located near the airport and only 20 minutes from the condo there is a Costco. Also, we have found reasonable grocery prices at the Safeway.

Is there security?

Yes, there is all night security on duty, however, we strongly advise our visitors to take security precautions and always make sure the lanai doors and windows are locked at night or when leaving the condo. There is a safe in the condo for your small items. (We are not responsible for items left in the safe).

Do we have to bring beach towels?

No, we supply large designer beach towels as well as large and small coolers, beach chairs, sun umbrella and plastic glassware. Occasionally snorkel gear and beach toys are left by other visitors. There is a Longs Drugs store and a Snorkle Bob's on Kihei road that carries beach toys such as boogie boards and snorkeling equipment. Costco is another great place to get these items.

What if we have a maintenance problem with the condo?

Our cleaning/maintenance company is also our island management team and they take care of any problems promptly. The number to contact service is framed on the wall. If unable to contact them, please give us a call.

Is there a charge for parking?

No, there is convenient parking in front of the complex, however, you must register the license and make of the car with the office.

Are there any requests from the Owners?

Yes, there is one PLEASE LEAVE THE SAND OUTSIDE THE CONDO! It is very hard on the floors and the pluming. There are showers by the pool for washing off the sand when returning from the beach.
